John Berger was born in London in 1926. His novel, G, won the Booker Prize in 1972. His studies of art and photography include Another Way of Telling (1982), The Success and Failure of Picasso (1965) and Ways of Seeing (1972). His most recent works include Here is Where We Meet (2005) and From A to X (2008).
